This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games, applications, and related services, including this website (collectively, the "Games"), developed and published by Process Games / Hasan Büber ("we," "our," or "us") on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting the information of our players ("you"). This policy explains what data is collected when you play our Games, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the choices and rights you have. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we are the data controller.

1. Information We Collect

Our Games do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other direct contact details in order to play. The following data may be collected automatically, mainly through third-party SDKs integrated into our Games:

• Device & Technical Data: Device model, hardware specs, operating system version, IP address, language and region settings, network connection type, and app version.
• Device Identifiers: Resettable advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID on Android; Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, only if you allow tracking), the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) on iOS, and app instance identifiers generated by our SDKs.
• Usage & Game Data: Gameplay progress, levels, achievements, session lengths, in-game settings, ad interactions (e.g., impressions and clicks), and crash and performance logs.
• Coarse Location Data: Approximate geographic location (country or city level) derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Purchase Data: If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We receive only a confirmation of the purchase (such as the product, transaction ID, and date) so we can deliver and restore your items. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Your game progress is generally stored locally on your device. We do not combine this data with information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address, unless you contact us yourself.

2. How We Use Information & Legal Bases

We and our service providers use the collected data for the following purposes. Where GDPR or KVKK applies, each purpose relies on the legal basis shown:

• Providing and operating the Games, including delivering and restoring in-app purchases (performance of a contract).
• Showing personalized advertisements based on your device identifiers and interests (your consent, where required by law).
• Showing non-personalized or contextual advertisements and mediating ad networks to fund our free Games (our legitimate interests).
• Analytics and crash reporting to identify bugs, improve gameplay balance, and release updates (our legitimate interests or, where required, your consent).
• Preventing fraud, abuse, and security threats, including invalid ad traffic (our legitimate interests).
• Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests from authorities (legal obligation).

3. Advertising, Consent & Tracking

• EEA, UK & Switzerland: When you first open a Game, we display a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform or Unity LevelPlay's consent tools). Personalized ads are shown only if you give consent. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads.
• iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS, our Games ask for your permission before accessing your IDFA or tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," the IDFA is not shared and you will see less relevant ads.
• United States: We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing device identifiers with ad partners for personalized ads may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time using the device settings described in Section 7.

4. Third-Party Services & SDK Privacy Policies

Our Games integrate the third-party services listed below for platform services, ad mediation, advertising, analytics, and crash reporting. These partners act as independent controllers or as processors on our behalf and handle data according to their own privacy policies:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of our players, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our Games, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data.

5. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms permitted under GDPR and KVKK.

6. Data Retention

We do not operate our own servers that store player profiles. Data collected by our SDK partners is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, in line with each provider's retention settings (for example, Firebase Analytics keeps event-level data for a limited period before it is automatically deleted). Game progress stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the Game.

7. Your Choices & Rights

• Change Your Ad Consent: In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, you can review or withdraw your consent at any time through the privacy or consent option in the Game's settings, where available, or by contacting us.
• Android: Reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
• iOS: Allow or deny tracking per app in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and manage Apple's own ad personalization in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
• Your Legal Rights: Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, KVKK Article 11, and U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
• Data Deletion Requests: To request deletion of data associated with you, email us at [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the name of the Game. Because we do not hold accounts, please include your device's advertising ID or the identifier shown in the Game, if available, so that we and our partners can locate the data. We respond within 30 days. You can also request deletion directly from our SDK partners using the links in Section 4.
• Complaints: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); in the EU/UK, your national supervisory authority).

8. Children's Privacy

Our Games are designed for general audiences and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in some EU member states). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data Security

Data transmitted between your device and our service providers is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Games, the services we use, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will provide additional notice, for example within the Game or on our store listings. The latest version is always available on this page.
