Terms of Service

Welcome to the mobile applications and games provided by Process Games / Hasan Büber ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all mobile games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Games" or "Services") published or operated by us.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any of our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install, access, or use our Games. Your use of the Games is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded them from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in some EU member states) to access or play our Games.
• If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and obtain their consent to play our Games and agree to these Terms. Parents and guardians are responsible for any purchases made by minors in their care.

2. License & Intellectual Property

• Limited License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play our Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable app store's usage rules.
• Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to our Games—including but not limited to all software, code, visual assets, graphics, characters, music, sound effects, trademarks, game titles, and design elements—are the exclusive property of Process Games / Hasan Büber or its licensors. The Games are licensed, not sold, to you.
• Restrictions: You agree NOT to:
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Game, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any part of the Games.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Game or its content.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Games.

3. In-Game Conduct & Fair Play

You agree to use our Games solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with fair play standards. You agree that you will not:

• Use unauthorized third-party software, cheats, mods, hacks, bots, or automation tools to alter, exploit, or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Exploit bugs or glitches, or manipulate the Games to obtain virtual items or rewards without paying for them or earning them through normal gameplay.
• Generate fraudulent or invalid ad impressions or clicks, or otherwise manipulate in-game advertising.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the integrity or operation of our Games, servers, or connected third-party networks (e.g., ad networks or analytics services).

4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

• Purchases: Some Games offer optional in-app purchases, such as virtual currency, items, or the removal of ads. All payments are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their payment terms. Prices are shown in the store before you confirm a purchase.
• Virtual Items: Virtual currency and items are licensed to you for use in the relevant Game only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the Game.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the app store you purchased from, in accordance with its refund policies. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or Türkiye, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase and acknowledge that you therefore lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
• Restoring Purchases: Non-consumable purchases (such as removing ads) can be restored on the same store account using the "Restore Purchases" option, where available. Because game progress and consumable items are stored on your device, they may be lost if you uninstall the Game, reset or change your device, or clear app data, and we may not be able to recover them.

5. Third-Party Advertisements & Services

Our Games may display third-party advertisements and integrate third-party services (such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Unity LevelPlay, and Google Firebase).

• We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party advertisements, products, services, or external links provided within our Games.
• Any interaction with third-party advertisers is entirely at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.
• Some Games offer optional rewarded ads that grant in-game rewards. Rewards depend on ad availability and are not guaranteed.

6. Updates & Changes to the Games

We may modify, update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game mode, content, or entire Game at any time. Where a change materially affects paid content, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and act in accordance with applicable consumer law. Some updates may be required to continue playing.

7. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Games at any time by uninstalling them. Sections 2 (ownership and restrictions), 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR GAMES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, PROCESS GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR GAMES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROCESS GAMES / HASAN BÜBER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GAME PROGRESS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE OUR GAMES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded a Game from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Game and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the Game.
• If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Game. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Game.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Game, including product liability claims, claims that the Game fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts or consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) available to you.

12. General

• Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, for significant changes, provide additional notice within the Game or on our store listings. Continued use of the Games after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Games.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
