Welcome to the mobile applications and games provided by Process Games / Hasan Büber ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all mobile games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Games" or "Services") published or operated by us.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any of our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install, access, or use our Games.

1. Eligibility

    • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Game or its content.

3. In-Game Conduct & Fair Play You agree to use our Games solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with fair play standards. You agree that you will not:

  • Use unauthorized third-party software, cheats, mods, hacks, bots, or automation tools to alter, exploit, or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the integrity or operation of our Games, servers, or connected third-party networks (e.g., ad networks or analytics services).

4. Third-Party Advertisements & Services Our Games may display third-party advertisements and integrate third-party services (such as Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay, or analytics providers).

  • We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party advertisements, products, services, or external links provided within our Games.

  • Any interaction with third-party advertisers is entirely at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.

5. Updates & Changes to the Games We reserve the right to modify, update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game mode, content, or entire Game at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties OUR GAMES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, PROCESS GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR GAMES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROCESS GAMES / HASAN BÜBER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE OUR GAMES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
